Should the US vote to approve Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Instituto Universitario de Microgravedad “Ignacio Da Riva” IDR/UPM as RETL for anemometer calibration within the IECRE System?
In accordance with IECRE OD-500:2016, the Executive Secretary of the IECRE recommends approval, by the WE-OMC Member Bodies, of:
• Universidad Politecnica De Madrid, Instituto Universitario de Microgravedad “Ignacio Da Riva”, IDR/UPM
as an RETL within the IECRE System for its identified scope.

If approved by the WE-OMC, and as per the rules, the REMC will be requested to ratify the decision. It should be noted that, upon acceptance by the WE-OMC, the candidate RETL may begin operating as an accepted IECRE test laboratory (RETL), up to and including the issuance of IECRE Test Reports.
WE-OMC Member Bodies to approve IDR/UPM – Universidad Politecnica De Madrid as an RETL within the IECRE System, for its identified scope. WE-OMC Member Bodies are requested to vote on the approval no later than 2017-03-01.
