BACKGROUND:
On 2017-05-01, WIND-consult Ingenieurgesellschaft für umweltschonende Energiewandlung mbH was accepted as RETL for Power Performance and Loads Measurement.

In accordance with IECRE 05 (RoP), the Executive Secretary of the IECRE recommends the approval, by the WE-OMC Member Bodies, of WIND-consult Ingenieurgesellschaft für umweltschonende Energiewandlung mbH for acoustic testing.

See the testing laboratory summary assessment report distributed separately as
WE-OMC/421/EAR.

If approved by the WE-OMC, and as per the rules, the REMC will be requested to ratify the decision. It should be noted that, upon acceptance by the WE-OMC, the scope of WIND-consult Ingenieurgesellschaft für umweltschonende Energiewandlung mbH will be extended to include AcousticTesting.

ACTION:
WE-OMC Member Bodies to approve the extension of scope of RETL WIND-consult Ingenieurgesellschaft für umweltschonende Energiewandlung mbH for acoustic testing within the IECRE System.

WE-OMC Member Bodies are requested to vote on the approval no later than
2019-07-12.

NOTE: USNC/IECRE ballots are to be submitted within two weeks to allow for resolution of any comments prior to the IEC deadline.
