BACKGROUND:
As per WE-OMC/326/DC sent out on 2018-08-20, WE-OMC Member Bodies were requested to provide their comments no later than 2018-09-20. Comments were received and WE-OMC/344/CC was published on 2018-09-21.
Comments received were reviewed by SG 551 and their response to the comments is included in WE-OMC/344A/CC, which is being published as a separate document at the same time as this voting document. OD-551-22 Ed.1.0 includes the updated text based on the comments received and is being submitted for approval to the membership.

ACTION:
The WE-OMC Member Bodies to approve draft OD 551-22 Ed.1.0, effective immediately. Ballots are to be returned to the IECRE Secretariat ([email protected]) no later than 2018-12-16.

NOTE: USNC/IECRE ballots to be submitted within two weeks to allow for resolution of any comments prior to the IEC deadline.
