Background:
Emil Moroz has expressed interest in representing the US on the End User SG, and he has been endorsed by SG convenor Wally Ebner. Please refer to attached CV.

Action:
The USNC/IECRE is requested to endorse the appointment of Emil Moroz to SG553.
