BACKGROUND:
On 2017-08-11 WE-OMC/202/DV was sent to WE-OMC Member Bodies who were requested to provide approval of Moeller Operating Engineering GmbH as an RETL. The results of voting (WE-OMC/215/RV) were published on 2017-09-26. The majority of WE-OMC Member Bodies voted in favour of Moeller Operating Engineering GmbH to operate as RETL for Power Curve measurements & Loads testing.

Therefore, in accordance with the approved WE-OMC transition plan, this is now being submitted for ratification to the REMC.

ACTION:
The REMC Member Bodies to ratify Moeller Operating Engineering GmbH for RETL status, effective immediately. Ballots are to be returned to the IECRE Secretariat ([email protected]) no later than 2017-11-09.

NOTE: USNC/IECRE ballots to be submitted within two weeks to allow for resolution of any comments prior to the IEC deadline.
