Should the US vote to ratify the approvals of GL Garrad Hassan Deutschland GmbH (WE-OMC/101/DV), Svend Ole Hansen ApS (WE-OMC/105/DV), GL Garrad Hassan Iberica GmbH (WE-OMC/107/DV) , ECN (WE-OMC/111/DV) and Sgurr Energy Ltd. (WE-OMC/113/DV) as RETLs within the IECRE System?
BACKGROUND:
On 2016-12-01 WE-OMC/101/DV was sent to WE-OMC Member Bodies who were requested to provide approval of GL Garrad Hassan Deutschland GmbH as an RETL. The results of voting (WE-OMC/118/RV) were published on 2017-01-10. The majority of WE-OMC Member Bodies voted in favour of GL Garrad Hassan Deutschland GmbH to operate as RETL for Power Performance and Loads Measurement.
On 2016-12-08 WE-OMC/105/DV was sent to WE-OMC Member Bodies who were requested to provide approval of Svend Ole Hansen ApS as an RETL. The results of voting (WE-OMC/127/RV) were published on 2017-01-12. The majority of WE-OMC Member Bodies voted in favour of Svend Ole Hansen ApS to operate as RETL for Anemometer calibration.
On 2016-12-01 WE-OMC/107/DV was sent to WE-OMC Member Bodies who were requested to provide approval of GL Garrad Hassan Iberica GmbH as an RETL. The results of voting (WE-OMC/119/RV) were published on 2017-01-10. The majority of WE-OMC Member Bodies voted in favour of GL Garrad Hassan Iberica GmbH to operate as RETL for Power Performance and Loads Measurement.
On 2016-12-08 WE-OMC/111/DV was sent to WE-OMC Member Bodies who were requested to provide approval of Energieonderzoek Centrum Nederland ECN Windenergie as an RETL. The results of voting (WE-OMC/128/RV) were published on 2017-01-12. The majority of WE-OMC Member Bodies voted in favour of Energieonderzoek Centrum Nederland ECN Windenergie to operate as RETL for Power Performance and Loads Measurement.
On 2016-12-23 WE-OMC/113/DV was sent to WE-OMC Member Bodies who were requested to provide approval of Sgurr Energy Ltd. as an RETL. The results of voting (WE-OMC/134/RV) were published on 2017-01-23. The majority of WE-OMC Member Bodies voted in favour of Sgurr Energy Ltd. to operate as RETL for Power Performance.
Therefore, in accordance with the approved WE-OMC transition plan, these are now being submitted for ratification to the REMC.
ACTION:
The REMC Member Bodies to ratify GL Garrad Hassan Deutschland GmbH, Svend Ole Hansen ApS, GL Garrad Hassan Iberica GmbH, ECN and Sgurr Energy Ltd. for RETL status, effective immediately. Ballots are to be returned to the IECRE Secretariat ([email protected]) no later than 2017-04-05.
NOTICE: USNC/IECRE ballots are to be submitted no later than 2017-03-29.
