Background:

This clarification sheet has been developed and processed in accordance with OD-002, Ed.3.
The Clarification Sheets are to facilitate the efficient operation of the RECBs and RETLs whenever a uniform application of the standard and/or a test method is needed for the smooth operation of the IECRE System.
One of the tasks of the IECRE is to improve uniform application of the IEC Standards used in certification related to Renewable Energy Standards. The requirements for uniform application are collected as clarification sheets (CSH). The certification bodies and testing laboratories approved by the REMC are required to apply these CSHs.
If an entity feels that there might be mistakes or gaps in the standards as it relates to the application of conformity assessment, the question will be transferred to the applicable SWG for further action.

The REMC Member Bodies to approve the proposed clarification sheets CSH 022 and CSH 025

Ballots are to be returned to the IECRE Secretariat ([email protected]) no later than
2020-09-07.

NOTE: USNC/IECRE ballots are to be submitted within thirty days to allow for resolution of any comments prior to the IEC deadline.
