BACKGROUND:
As per REMC/321/DC sent out on 2019-03-05, IECRE Member Bodies were requested to provide their comments on the “Conceptual proposal for the reorganization of the IECRE to improve operational efficiency” no later than 2019-03-31. Comments were received and REMC/327/CC was published on 2019-04-01. WG 001 provided their responses in REMC/327A/CC, published on 2019-08-26. An update on the restructuring proposal was provided in REMC/386/INF, published on 2019-08-26. All changes to remove the OMCs from the IECRE System are included.
As per REMC/319/DC sent out on 2019-03-05, IECRE Member Bodies were requested to provide their comments on the DK MB Proposal for change to IECRE 02 – REMC Rules of Procedure no later than
2019-04-16. Comments were received and REMC/329/CC was published on 2019-04-18. Final approval of the inclusion of Clause 7.2.3 will be discussed at the 2019 REMC meeting in Feldkirch.
As per REMC/227/RV, and collaboration with WG 003, the inclusion of “Acceptance of Customer Test Facilities” in IECRE 02 has been completed and included as Clause 8.4.
Draft IECRE 02 Ed. 5 is being submitted for discussion and approval at the 2019 REMC meeting in Feldkirch as REMC/345/DFA

ACTION:
The REMC Member Bodies are requested to approve draft IECRE 02 Edition 5 at the 2019-11-18/19 meeting in Feldkirch, Austria.
