BACKGROUND:
As per REMC/252/DC sent out on 2018-04-30, IECRE Member Bodies were requested to provide
their comments on the Draft IECRE 02 Ed. 4 no later than 2018-06-29. Comments were received
and REMC/271/CC was published on 2018-07-03.
Comments received were reviewed by WG 001 and the WG’s response to the comments are
included in REMC/271A/CC, which is being published as a separate document at the same time
as this document for approval.
Draft IECRE 02 Ed. 4 remains unchanged and is being submitted for approval at the 2018 REMC
meeting in Sanya as REMC/275/DFA.

ACTION:
The REMC Member Bodies are requested to Approve Draft IECRE 02 Edition 4 at the
2018-11-12/13 meeting in Sanya, China.

NOTE: USNC/IECRE ballots to be submitted within two weeks to allow for resolution of any comments prior to the IEC deadline.
