Background:

As a follow-up to the WG 401 meeting on 2019-10-16 in Tokyo, WG 401 has taken the decision to send OD-401 ed.5 for comment to the Member bodies.

WG 401 submits OD-401 Edition 5 for PV-OMC approval and immediate implementation. Track changes show modifications made from OD-401 Edition 4.

Action:
The PV-OMC Member Bodies to approve Draft OD 401 ed.5, effective immediately. Ballots are to be returned to the IECRE Secretariat ([email protected]) no later than
2019-12-30.

NOTE: USNC/IECRE ballots are to be submitted within thirty days to allow for resolution of any comments prior to the IEC deadline.
