Nomination of a new convener for MT 23 – Full-scale structural testing of rotor blades

Maintenance Team 23 and the secretariat of IEC TC 88 would like to propose Mr. Rogier Nijssen from LM Wind Power, NL as the new convenor of IEC TC 88 MT 23, replacing Mr. Ben Hendriks.
Mr. Ben Hendriks indicated that he wished to step down from this position due to change in job position.

The TC 88 officers wish to express their thanks to Mr. Ben Hendriks for his service to the wind turbine community and for his leadership in convening MT 23.

IEC National committees are invited to indicate whether they are in favor of Mr. Rogier Nijssen as the new convener of IEC TC 88 MT 23 or if they have counter proposals. National Committees are kindly asked to vote through the IEC Electronic voting system (see document AC/15/2001) using the attached word reply form
by 2019-08-16 at the latest.

Note also that the absence of comments from an TC 88 National Committee will be interpreted as agreement with the proposals of new convener.
