Organizations wishing to issue certificates for IEC 62941 “Terrestrial PV modules – Guideline for increased confidence in PV module design qualification and type approval” should apply for accreditation using the form in Section 8 of OD-405-3 posted at http://www.iecre.org/documents/refdocs/. Organizations wishing to issue certificates for IECRE Certificates “Conditional PV project certificate” (issued at the initiation of operation of a plant) and “Annual PV plant performance certificate” (issued to document performance of a PV plant after the first – or later – year of performance) should apply for accreditation using the form in OD-406, also posted at http://www.iecre.org/documents/refdocs/.
