USNC CAPCC ENDORSES THE APPOINTMENT OF ARESCA AS THE SECRETARIAT OF THE USNC/IECRE

The USNC CAPCC (Conformity Assessment Policy Coordinating Committee) endorsed the appointment of ARESCA to provide the Secretariat services for the USNC/IECRE effective January 1, 2017.  ARESCA believes this will result in reduce member’s cost for participation and improve the effectiveness of the United States participation in the international renewable energy standards and certification.

First Certificate Under the IECRE System is Issued to VESTAS

The first turbine certificate under the new IECRE (International Electrotechnical Commission Renewable Energy) system was issued on October 27 by certification body DNV GL for the Vestas 2 MW platform’s V100-2.0 MW mark 10 version.
